INSIDE FLOW - A NEW evolution of Vinyasa Yoga! Inside Flow offers yoga sequences, choreographed to music of every genre. These 90 minute classes will incorporate yoga, dance and music, with the idea that "Music is the language of the heart”. “It helps us to convey feelings through motion.” Each month a new flow will be offered and practiced together weekly. An Advanced Beginner(+) Vinyasa Yoga Style Class. We will purposefully practice a flowing sequence of poses, synchronized with the breath. Modifications will be offered, props will be available.
