All Levels Vinyasa Style Yoga

An Advanced Beginner(+) Vinyasa Yoga Style Class. We will purposefully practice a flowing sequence of poses, synchronized with the breath. Modifications will be offered, props will be available. If you've done yoga a time or two or more, this is the class for you. We will focus on the concept: One Breath, One Movement.
