Get ready for an exciting journey with Cosmic Kids Yoga! In this fun and engaging class, children will stretch, move, and breathe their way through an imaginative yoga adventure inspired by storytelling, animals, and playful characters.

Along with our yoga journey, kids will enjoy a themed craft activity, a healthy, kid-friendly and we'll finish in Savasana.

This class is designed to support physical movement, mindfulness, and creative expression in a joyful and welcoming environment.

Perfect for: Kids ages 3 & 4. (Siblings 5 & 6 years are welcome)
