Gentle Flow and Balance

Designed to build strength and flexibility with extra components to also invite improved balance, this class will incorporate traditional and non traditional vinyasa style movement, paired with purposeful breathing and mindfulness. Moving at a steady pace, you'll connect one pose to the next, finding increased movement and balance with each class. You may also begin to find the quieting of the mind, easier to achieve, with each attendance of this class.
