Hatha Yoga for All Levels

Ground your body and calm your mind in this All Levels Hatha Yoga class, designed to support students of all experience levels. Through a blend of foundational postures, breath awareness, and mindful movement, you'll build strength, improve flexibility, and cultivate a deeper connection to your body and breath.

This slower-paced class emphasizes alignment, balance, and intentional transitions, making it accessible to beginners while still offering depth and refinement for more experienced practitioners. Each session ends with a guided relaxation to leave you feeling centered and refreshed.
