Tracey Kreiling

YYT - 200 Certified, Inside Flow Gold Instructor, Yin Yoga and Children's Yoga Certified, Verititas Labyrinth Facilitator

In 2023, with a need to bring movement back to her body, after a stint of injuries, a time in a wheelchair and 11 medical procedures, in 5 years, for Melanoma, all stopping her physically for weeks or months, Tracey returned to yoga, and found movement she hadn’t experienced in years. In an effort to such movement, as well as mindful practices to others, she began the Yoga Certification process.

Tracey is certified in a number of Yoga/Meditation/Mindfulness genres and in an effort to bring this wellness to Everybody, Every Body Type, All Fitness and Income Levels, has taken the leap to open Mindful Movement Yoga.

Elizabeth’s path to yoga began as a personal search for relief from the chronic pain of osteoarthritis in her spine and the emotional weight of complex PTSD. What she discovered was more than just physical relief; she found a holistic approach to well-being that nourished both body and mind. This transformative experience showed her that yoga could be accessible to all, regardless of age, body type, or condition. Inspired by her own healing journey, Elizabeth felt compelled to share this practice with others facing similar challenges.

As a yoga therapist, Elizabeth specializes in adapting yoga practices to meet the unique needs of individuals with specific or persistent health concerns. Her approach is rooted in the understanding that each person’s body and experiences are different, and she tailors her sessions to help individuals find balance, strength, and healing in a safe and supportive environment.

E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 certified

Marina came to yoga as a competitive runner looking for relief from injuries. She found the mind clearing and soul nourishing that yoga provided was an unexpected bonus! After spending over 25 years in education as a teacher, coach, and administrator, teaching yoga seemed like a natural next step.

As an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500 certified teacher, Marina brings a mindfulness and alignment based approach to her teaching. Her hope is that students leave her class feeling more knowledgeable about their body and refreshed in mind and spirit.  Marina resides in Lake Zurich.  She enjoys paddle boarding, boating and spending time with her five grandchildren.

Nine years ago, Didem stepped onto her mat for the first time, drawn to the physical benefits of yoga, finding the practice would actually transform her life. Through yoga, she found the strength to meet life with surrender, awareness, and a deep commitment to staying present—not only for herself but for others.

Didem is a Yoga Instructor and Mindfulness guide, with her own movement methodology: Karya – Form. Function. Flow. Rooted in intelligent, safe, and intentional movement.Beyond group classes, Didem offers private yoga and meditation sessions and will lead inner work programs designed to cultivate self-awareness, intentional living, and conscious responsiveness.

Didem’s passion lies in guiding students toward clarity, balance, and a deeper connection to themselves—both on and off the mat.

Christopher Mier, 

RYT-200 - Instructor

Christopher Mier is a passionate yoga instructor with RYT 200 certification, dedicated to making yoga accessible to all people; regardless of age, body-type, or ability. His gentle, slow-paced practice emphasizes breathwork to center and ground students. Christopher's classes offer a calm, restorative space for healing and self-connection. Students are provided a safe and welcoming environment where they can cultivate balance, presence, and deep relaxation and believes that each yoga class can propel a student forward, feeling more balanced, more resilient, and more joyous than when they walked in the door.
